Trade & International Affairs

With our long-standing relationships on Capitol Hill and at the executive branch agencies, our team regularly engages with the Senate Finance and Foreign Relations Committees and the House Foreign Affairs and Ways & Means Committees, as well as with the US Departments of Commerce, State, and the Treasury, the Office of the United States Trade Representative, the National Economic Council and National Security Council, US embassies, and the Foreign Commercial Service. We utilize our expertise on trade and international affairs matters to advise our clients on many diverse and complex issues including Section 232 and Section 301 tariffs, anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations, negotiation of free trade agreements, as well as with issues related to foreign investment in the United States.
