Rachel Sanford Nemeth
Director of Government Relations
Rachel advises clients on a variety of issues, including telecommunications and technology. More specifically, Rachel regularly engages with Congressional staff and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) officials on issues related to broadband, Internet of Things, spectrum, and video. In addition, Rachel works with clients on IP Transition and Internet taxation related matters. Rachel collaborates with Mintz Levin attorneys in the Communications Section on a regular basis to satisfy client needs both at the FCC and on Capitol Hill.
Prior to joining ML Strategies, Rachel served as a Senior Consultant at IBM where she advised government agencies about cybersecurity and data privacy issues. She also served as a member of the Board of Regents for Seton Hall University from 2008 to 2011, and has been an active member of the Federal Communications Bar Association since 2007.
Rachel earned a JD from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America and a BS in Business Administration from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.
